Why Korean visitors come

The industry blog Pachinko Nippo named PLAZA Hakata and Tamaya Honten as the clearest inbound successes in Japanese pachinko, and cited industry talk that 70–80% of their customers may be Korean. It credited the short distance from Busan (about 55 minutes by air) and repeat visitors (Pachinko Nippo, 24 Dec 2025). That’s reported hearsay, not hall data, but it’s consistent with the amount of Korean content on Tamaya’s own site.
